Horton & Associates is an Atlanta-based corporate finance and advisory firm helping small and middle-market businesses move from concept to execution. We build sound financial and operational structures and secure strategic capital to support growth, acquisitions, and long-term success across multiple industries.

We help businesses get ready for investment by reviewing their marketing materials, business plans, and financial models, and making sure the story and numbers hold up. We dig into the details to understand how the business works, identify gaps or weaknesses, and shape a clear investment thesis that resonates with the right investors. From there, we plan and manage the steps and timing for pre-market preparation, marketing, and execution so the process is focused, efficient, and aligned with the company’s goals.

We work best with organizations that:

  • Operate in any industry with meaningful domain knowledge or a differentiated point of view

  • Have a clear concept, defined goals, and a structured business plan

  • Are prepared to collaborate closely and engage at a strategic level

  • Can commit to an initial $10,000 fee and then a $10,000 monthly retainer for advisory and development services

  • Agree to a 4–6% financing fee, payable upon successful securing of funds
